We understand. Building can be a daunting process, especially if you have never built before. Relax, that is what we are here for. We as your Realtor work closely with your builder to ensure that it is a smooth and enjoyable experience. We want you to be happy in your new home and be thrilled about what you have accomplished.

Don't have a plan yet?
No problem. Most of our builders have plans on file that you can choose from.

Can I bring my own plan?
Of course. Our builders specialize in custom homes and will complete your home per your specifications. Just bring your dream plan with you and let's get building!

How do I get started?
Step 1: If you have not already chosen a lot for your home, contact Leniece to get a free list of land available in our area.

Step 2: Pick a builder. Leniece can set up interviews for you with several builders. You can choose the builder you feel the most comfortable with given their personality, quality of work and availability.

Step 3: Choose your plan.

Step 4: Put it in writing. Leniece can work with you to coordinate everything. You can actually write a complete contract that includes the purchase of the land and the cost of building the home. Leniece can make the process quicky and easy so you can get started building your dream home now!

Step 5: Monitor the progress. You want to make routine check ups on the home in various stages of the building process. This is done to ensure the builder is staying on course and completeing the home to your specifications. If you live out of town currently, Leniece can act as your liason during this process.

Step 6: Finish the home and move in!
